Mod order question

I watched Wolfpack's videos on SH3 (mainly the type XXI) career, and i saw the mod order.
I am not sure how this applies to the ARB WideGui. This mod needs some patches and one fix. No idea in what order it should be done.

And also is the installation order means that I have to download these and activate them in order showed in the description?
