Regia Marina - Orsa class torpedo boats - 2021 edition
I'm glad to release this new mod: Orsa class torpedo boats (Orsa, Orione, Pegaso, Procione).

This unit can also plit in two parts if torpedoed in some points: https://i.ibb.co/p176rct/SH3-Img-16-...-19-27-157.jpg Pack include a multiskin unit, with 5 different skins, one all-gray and one camo for every ship in the class. As you can see, i've tryed to improve units, adding 3D details like doors, portholes, cables, rails, stairs, liferats, fixing small design flaws, taking care of "historically accurate" side, etc. The goal is have a standard level for all my Regia Marina units released until now, and eventually for future releases. ----------------------------------- CREDITS For this 2021 version: Thanks to JapLance for original Orsa model. There's a great number of Regia Marina's units never modeled in sh3, and not only small ship. Between them, Orsa class ships were really active during ww2, across Med sea. Others will follow... ;) Best regards, Vd |
About torpedo boats
Greetings Von Dos....Just one question,I must play med.campaign to be able to see Italian warships and can they help me in some mission across Mediterranean sea

This depends from what mod\megamod are you using. In GWX, for example, you've a specific med campaign, but main campaign and merged campaign include med warfare also. Don't know for others megamod. Btw, you can (and should) script units with mission editor, in .scr and .rnd campaign files. See sh3 mission designer's subforum for this. Yes, i've experienced some situation where Regia Marina's units (planes and\or ships) attack enemy warships while they were attacking me. In a couple of situation i managed to take enemy escorts close enuoght to italian-controlled docks in nord Africa, and the were attacked by ships patrolling the outside of the dock.
