These "legal" accusations are nothing short to ridiculous.

Apparently Pulse had patched flaws a long time ago. Wbat I read indicated many end users were not updating their systems. Who knows for sure?

We must sit together with them and tell them that we will not tolerate this behaviour between befriended nations. The EU must send Joseph Borrell so that they realise how serious we take this and what big heap of poo they have put down this time.

You can't stop illegal or dictatorial regimes that way of course, you can either start a war, or try to convince them, or you can do nothing. I guess the latter is quite hip nowadays.

Unfortunately, most of the world's politicians have zero understanding of China and the Chinese mindset. The ChiComs play 4D chess while the west is still figuring out how to lay out the playing pieces for checkers... Very few western governments get it. Trump understood how to counter them and he was until the covid debacle started.

We can do something. Stop appeaisng themn. Stop singing treaties with them, stopping this incredoibly irrepsojsible EU-China agreement that even in the EU raises growing discomfort.

Not doing any of this - that is what is hip currently. The Silk Road project of theirs must be stopped and sabotages, politically. There must be piotlical costs and prices for Wetsenr natiosn sellign major oarts fo their infrastructure and harbours to china, allowing them logistical beachheads in Europe. Ther emust be potlical costs for doign busienss withChina isntead of investing into becoming more independent form them.

There are things that can be done. But the backbone to do them, and the determination, is not there. Greed in the eye blocks clear long range vision. Fear fills the heart. Action gets drowned before it even starts.

If it had been done with weapons we know what the result would be.
