Question/Issue
 

So under the crew tab it says I have 7/7 officers. 18/18 crew and 0 under the leader tab. I have leaders on board and they are selected, but how do I get the leader tab on right hand side to show 1 instead of 0? Thanks

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I believe the leaders tab shows that there are sailors available for a promotion, not the number of leaders on board. It is a little bit misleading as one would think, like you did, that the slots needs to be filled up in order to have a full crew complement, like the other 2 icons above for officers and sailors. Instead, it is only for your information. I recall reading this somewhere, either the tutorial or some video, I might be wrong though as I am also new to the game
