No Harbour Lights. (GWX or NYGM)

Does anybody have this mod for no lights on in harbours at night?
I have adapted the Hide and Seek Single mission, and so I would like total darkness at Plymouth!
(I will add it to the Single mission download page if permission is given etc.)

The City lights controller is in the Harbor kit dat file.
Open it with S3D and delete all of them.

There's only 6 in GWX. Don't know about other mods.

Dowly did one back around 2010.
No idea where to find a copy of that.

AZ did something similar back then also.
You could try his version.

I haven't heard from him for years, I have no idea whether he is still alive, since 1942 in his nickname is his year of birth.
