SH 5 tonnage Wars radio problem
 

I am in tonnage wars & need to reload from a Milchcow(supply submarine) yet when I click on the radio man trying to get the reload coordinates I am told that there is a radio message from BDU that I should read,I have read the message yet when I ask the radio man for the reload coordinates I am,yet again, told that there is a radio message from BDU & I cannot move past this.

Has anybody else had this really annoying problem?
