'Saves' and 'RichSaves'

There are 2 saved folders in the SH4 documents folder - 'SavedGames' and 'RichSavedGames'. Does anyone know if it's ok to just delete all saves in both, in order to clean out all my old saves, in both career and single missions? Doesn't break anything? I'm on the steam version with FotRSue. Thanks.

YOURUSERNAMEHERE = whatever Username you use to signon to your PC.
YOURTHREELETTERACRONYM = whatever three letter either you or SH4 assigned to your installation's save folder. if you are still using the Stock install, it will be SH4. if you have used MultiSH to create multiple installs, it will be whatever three-letters you chose.
