Sonobouy Range with Frigate

When controlling a ship, I launch my sonobouys from the helicopter, but even when the helicopter is right over the buoy I get an out of range message in the grams. So, it seems the sonobouy range is from the ship, not from the helo, is that right? Seems like it should be range from the Helo, so maybe this is a bug...

Nvr mind, didn't have the receiver mode set to Air...
