GWR versus GWX?

I looked at the "readmeGWR.PDF" for "Grey Wolves Reworked" but I'm still unclear on what exactly this mod does? Does it run alongside GWX or instead of GWX. Does it change resolution to 1920X1080?

If anyone is using this mod, please give me some idea what it does, whats included...and any issues.

it was a deeply modernized GWX in Russian. By popular demand, it was translated into English and German. The DGUI 1920x1080 interface is included as an additional option.
