Where can I get the SH3 Resolution Fix?

When I click this download, I just get a white screen saying 'ERROR: File not found.' Are there any backup uploads I can download from?

Any widescreen mod will have what you need; it's just two small d3d9 files, d3d9.dll and d3d9.ini found in the main directory.
Place them in your game's main install path and edit the d3d.ini with what resolution you desire.
However, the 2d screens need to be fitted to match.
