Need help
Hi to all of you!
Following a series of tests with the mission editor, I realized that the Polish destroyer Wicher is not at all as pictured in the identification booklet. After investigation, it is the image of the French destroyer Bourrasque which is used. So I worked to obtain an image faithful to the model: https://i.imgur.com/JNvYJYk.png After converting it to DDS, I substituted it for the one used by the game so far. The problem is that it corrupts all the images in the booklet and the white posters. What should be done to fix this problem? PS: Sorry if the phrases are weird, I use a translator. |
Hi!
Try following settings when exporting to .dds: - DXT5 compression (BC3/DXT5 if you use Gimp) - mipmaps: no - Alpha channel: yes This worked for me. |
Many thanks!
I was indeed using the wrong compression. |
