A war drama with its comic side

From time to time, a little humor does not hurt to relax, from the tension that Silent Hunter sometimes imposes. A healthy medicine is to laugh at yourself, at your own clumsiness. In SH3 and torpedoing merchant ships with little escort, enthusiasm sometimes worked against me. On more than one occasion and being at periscope depth, concentrating on aiming and shooting, I did not pay attention to a gigantic merchant ship that was approaching me, and it almost did not sink me. In others, the enthusiasm leads my submarine to collide with one of the ships that I myself had sunk! Sometimes it is grotesque to see the disparate reactions of the torpedoed ships. A gigantic oil tanker exploded and sank in minutes with a single torpedo, while a merchant ship with 4 direct hits continued sailing with the stern under the water and the bow raised, it looked like an outboard motor boat. Irritating for the expense of extra torpedoes, but funny nonetheless. A US Navy airship came and went over the scene of the attack, I wondered what its purpose would be, until I started laughing thinking that maybe it would be televising the shipwrecks live for CNN! Hahaha. In SH4 with a patrol of a German type IX submarine, something funny happened, the dubbing of voices into German was a bit uneven. Without being active the silent navigation some whispered the orders in low voices, as if they were telling a gossip to the sailor next to them. Suddenly someone was shouting an order at the top of their voice, where do we meet? but the olive in the Martini was when suddenly a whistle blew and a voice in perfect English shouted, "Secure battle stations!" my God! an American in the Kriegsmarine!
