any experienced Modder here? small help needed
 

HI THERE, i am amateur modder of UBOAT (B127.4) and I created/modded lots of stuff in this lovely sandbox, but now I am stucked - trying to create development for "proppeller" or "electric engine" at least, and cannot finish.

I found out, how to lower whole ElectricEngine at all, but I would like to use it as develop (so it will consume some time and credit), in few Tiers for example. Basic/Stock will be "Noise =0.3" (85dB) and improved will be better.. The Idea is to get UBOAT there, where was SilentHunterOnline (remember it?) with posssibility to obtain little bit more stealth sub

I was trying to add "silencing" tags to existing Accumulator I-III items, but I was unsuccesful with "EnergyCapacityGain=25%, Noise -10%" or "..silent +35%" or even "..Noise = -0.1"
