Poor man .... clearly a mental imbalance to "go all in" with choosing tattoos that way. Today, many choose different ways to get attention, one is this, others choose to put themselves under knives to change their bodies to today's digital world consisting of hysterical hunger for success.

If I go into the Navy like I hope to, I would get a fouled anchor tatto on my shoulder or some other place, at least it will be something that I'll be proud of and not look disgusting and dumb when I am older.
