SH5 Missions - Not registering sinkings

Guys what an I doing wrong? I sink ships in mission but no credit appears in mission register. Cant complete tasks to move on. I'm obviously not doing something I should. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hello,
if you playing the stock game the counter is broken and many times doesn`t note sunken vessels.
My suggestion is to use the game with https://www.subsim.com/radioroom/sho...d.php?t=210703

I have been trying to get this to work with and without mods,
(again this last week with a clean install as i am a completest and what them damn Uplay points but only have been able to unlock the Tutorial one some years ago.)

This last week i have noticed an odd thing, it only seems to register sinkings and add to tonnage during the morning. Up to now i thought it was just plain broken and could not see any rhyme or reason as to why it does not work.
But since then i have noticed this pattern.

Maybe this will help, failing that just go for the mods.... they are great anyway.

There are two fixes that I know of that can fix this issue.

Here is one of them:

When the game finishes loading and you are in the main menu go to the desktop using Alt+TAB

Start the Windows task manager and go to the process list

Find the OSI.exe process and right click on it

Go to "manage priority" and set it to "real time"

The computer will ask if you want to do it, click yes. It will then tell you that it cannot enable the real time and instead it will set it to "high", that's ok, click on it

Close the task manager and return to the game;

Start or load a saved game and enjoy it
