Adjustible nav tool
 

Hi, I am searching for course tool which can be adjusted as u can see on YT move linked below - time 25:13

I have Wolves of steel plus EQuaTool mod, but such tool is not there.

It is partially hidden off screen over on right side of the map screen. You will be able to drag it out and then use it, which if you watch closely on the video you provided, is what they do. It is a feature of "stock" TWOS.
