Is there a way to control and turn off/on just one engine, and turn to electric/diesel?

In SH5 you can. Not SH3. At least that I know of.

Glad to hear it! Yeah SH3 is a gem. The benchmark for all other WW2 sub sims. SH5 put a pretty dress on it but the crashes and bugs were horrific! So the guys here made The Wolves of Steel that really concentrated on small things like single engine shutdowns and the like. I’m glad I helped you learned this great game. I’m truly an enthusiast and want others to love it too!

Hmmm..., So, i think i want to play sh5, is the Steam version good?. And, in general, which is better: SH3 or 5?

They are both great. I would never get rid of either. I have the hard copy at home. Makes mods easier with less headaches.

As far as 3, you have a ridiculous amount of mods that are great and take 3 to another level.

5 is the prom girl, she looks hot, bangin' body, but as you get her in the back seat, and you are getting hot and heavy, she says you look like her brother, and then it gets awkward for the rest of the night.

you have to mod 5 with Wolves of Steel. Hands down! TWoS mod makes 5 absolutely eye candy with a kick.

I havent gone back to 3.
