Traveller's more frequent weather changes mod
 

Does anyone happen to have this mod saved on a hard drive/server? The full fledged Traveller's Mod, which integrated it, makes the weather system of TMO far better IMO, but that's really the only change I want among the many that it makes and this submod does just that. However, the mediafire link is long gone and I can't find it anywhere else.
