Can be found here... as well, on the off chance you are NOT able to download it off subsim, directly... for whatever reason.

I did go to the downloads section, SH4 header, Gameplay Mods header & on that page clicked the blue downpoiting arrow and selected goto pg. 9... & it is listed as the 11th one down on that page... so it is NOT terribly difficult to locate here.

I only list that link, again just on the off chance you run into difficulty in downloading it here, that there is a 2nd alternative to do so, as a back up only.. otherwise...
