DOCKING AT neutral ports??
 

I was running low on fuel and made it to Vigo in JAn of 42 there was no resupply ship there. Can I dock at the port and gain fuel?? if so how do I give the command to dock?? or am I out of luck there?? Or am I missing a command or menuavue to guid in to the dock

Never tried it, but without the supply ship I don't see how you could get fuel game-wise.

Also if interested, although allowed in the game those various supply ships never supplied torpedoes to any u-boat in reality.
Only the supply u-boats did.

Re Docking at Bessel in Vigo no replemishment ship January 1942
quick fix go into the Mission Editor of your SH3 install your Campaign Game install open up the SCR Leyer in the mission editor
scroll map to Vigo click on Bessel Naval Base icon when it opens change exit date 8th May 1945 also do same for Merchant4 the ship icon then save SCR File and exit the mission editor job done.
When you enter the Port of Vigo and approach that German Merchant press the escape key it asks you if you want to dock at Bessel click dock at Bessel and leave game fire up the Commander Mod alter Days in port to 1 click apply then launch SH3 with the Commander Mod you restart your Campaign Game one day later than when you docked now you have full fuel and a full loadout of torpedoes and deckgun shells.
