Steam download won't start
 

I just downloaded this from Steam and I see it's a common problem that the launcher doesn't work. I downloaded Uplay but it doesn't seem to recognize I have the game. It says put the activation key in but it doesn't recognize it. Any help getting started would be great. Thanks!
