Commerce Raider Question?
 

I looked for a Commerce Raider ship, I did find one on here somewhere, but for the life of me I can't get it to show.
Then I found another thread where someone was thinking of making one, the problem another poster pointed out was as soon as the enemy saw it they would fire, so making harder to kind of sneak up.

So what if it was a neutral then it could sneak up and the enemy would not fire on it till it was too late, would this work?

If I knew how to make a neutral ship I could try it myself with an already playable ship.
