I am using SH III GWE apprarental with commander (win 7 conflit )

when I go to award grew medals it will say "must complete a patrol" What am I doing wrong do medals come out of renown??

Have the crew you're trying to give a medal to done a patrol ?

yes the crew has all done at least one patrol does it cost renown???

If you are trying to apply them in the game, that message can appear but since the crew has all done one patrol it shouldn't.

If you're not, use SH3 Commander to apply them. Much easier, etc.

there has been a win 7 problem with commander I have not been able to use commander since late last year when the problem was mentioned

I don't have win 7. Maybe a google or search here has some help for it, don't know.
