Locking the target

Hi,

I have a strange problem. I can`t seems to lock the target witch my attack periscope. Even if its like 4000m away. If i go to my observation periscope, I can lock it with no problem. Anyone had something similar? Its quite anoing to be honest. :(

Small update, it seems that i can`t lock below 10m. On surface, I can lock it with both periscopes. As soon as i cross 10m lock brakes down and can`t be locked anymore.....
Please, anybody?
