Profile picture question?
 

I followed the tutorial of how to change my profile picture but kept getting an error saying upload failed.
I was using a jpg picture, tried various sizes, then changed it to other formats but no joy.

So my question: Is it a jpg or some other format plus I must be missing something, I also did change the other things requested in the tutorial as well by the way?
