SH3 Commander base not updating
 

I'm running GWX and SH3 Commander. I'm in the 2nd Flotilla in 1940. According to SH3 Commander, the 2nd Flotilla's base changes from Wilhelmshaven to Lorient in September 1940. I was out on patrol during August and I was hoping I'd receive a radio message telling me that my base had changed and that I could end my patrol in Lorient, but by September I'd heard nothing so I ended the patrol back at Wilhelmshaven. The boat needed repairs which have taken the start date for the next patrol to November 1940, and I'm still being told that my next patrol will start and end in Wilhelmshaven. Is this a bug or do I need to do something to force the change? The only fix I can think of is to request a transfer to the 7th Flotilla whose base should now be St. Nazaire.

Maybe could have tried to end the patrol in Sept. in Lorient and right after arrival, request a transfer to the 2nd Flotilla ...
