Stadimeter Height Readings

Hey guys. I'm playing SH5 with the following mods activated:

TWoS Real Navigation
TWoS Remove Sub Flags
Open Horizons v2.5
MQK Gradient_IO
MQK LocationMaps_IO
MQK ShapeTextures_NO

I was watching a YouTube series by Wolfpack345 where he was playing SH4, and one of his mods showed, in his recognition manual, that most ships were to be measured for range by using the top of the stack in the stadimeter, not the top of the masts. Is this true for SH% with the mods I'm playing with, or do I still measure by the mast?

Thanks?

Your game/modlist is quite broken. Remove TWoS incompatible mods, reinstall the game and read TWoS documentation, especially part for incompetent/faulty modding....

All my mods are activated via JSGME. Should I just disable those in red, or is a fresh reinstall absolutely necessary?
