Draggable Stopwatch doesn't work
 

Hi guys,

I don't know if i'm posting in the right place so let me know.
I have an issue with the draggable stopwatch (the silver one on the right of the screen), I can't start it. Like there is no spot to click and start it. Pretty annoying to plot the speed of your target... Or for whatever...
If someone can help me, it would be great ;)
