S3D black viewer window in .off files

I don’t know how to solve this problem. I use an S3D 0.9.9 in which 3D and and texture viewer windows works fine, but not font. I tried a complete reinstallation, installed the directx that is needed to work, run in compatibility mode - nothing.
In the threads I found the only solution is to use VM. But are there other ways?

I have GTX 1050 Ti, Windows 10 64-bit
