New attack disk app!
Has anyone tried Sub Buddy yet? Its a little hard to read on mobile, but works great!
|
Yes!!
And i will try it out this evening :) |
It does allow you to zoom in and out, and use 2 fingers to pan.

Very detailed! |
I'm expecting a post from the developer "Pouty bat face" some time today
|
Certainly. I'm having a harder time leaving the disks where they are as I let go with my (thick) fingers. As my Samsung A3 2017 couldn't handle the default settings on the Android version I have to make do with the lower resolution setting (otherwise one of the rings is missing) But this only is an issue on the reciprocal course scale with the tiny print. With fully zoomed in this is a minor issue. And the developers of the app went full bore on finding, and providing a solution the next day, once I showed it to them.
Also, it's not just the app that you get. But also access to the demonstrations videos made by DerStosstrup. Very well done and calmly paced. Just don't binge-watch them. It gave me a headache. ;) |

Yeah, a great amount of content along with the disk itself, for sure! |
Thanks everyone for your comments! We are really excited to have launched Sub Buddy and to get such great feedback already. All credit and huge thanks to derstosstrupp for the training videos! We'll let you know when more resources are available to showcase what the Attack Disc and TADS Computer can do.

Don’t forget the retranslation of the wartime U-boat Commander’s Handbook is in there too!
|
I’d like to suggest a sub buddy category to discuss its functions and to resolve questions regarding how to operate such device.
