Morale needs a few tweaks
 

I had three sailors have heart attacks during a prolonged repair period on the sea bed.

Seems a bit much to have even one considering the average age of the sailors aboard the boats. :hmmm:

It needs a big tweak!!!

I played uboat not for a month now...the morale drop is very annoying for me,
It's to frustrating..:ping:

Some of the morale settings are in the data_sheets folder in the install folder, I ended up tweaking some stuff.

O2 usage too.

Right now I've got it so the crew can handle about 24 hours submerged with 8 hours of combat without too much issue
