Predisposition for crew specialties
 

I have notices a not so random assignment of specialties. Radioman sonarman etc.

The crew I chose for their positions seem to not get the specialty in their position. Well some do. But I have a gunner that keeps getting radioman.

What’s the mechanism for the game giving someone a specialty?

I wind up going into files and editing thing s out of the crew I want and giving them specialties manually.

Seems to me that the assignments go to certain crewmembers... but I can't remember where... :salute:
