Ive learned to take these 3 month advance extreme weather predictions about seriously as the daily express with there endless & obsessive 'this comet could hit earth tomorrow' speculation.

It appears our winter has come slightly early thanks Greta !

As it stands Manitoba is shut down as is North Dakota, trucks are parked up on Highway 1 east and west bound and have been for the last 18 hours.

Apparently this is a Colorado low and where i am is going to get some serious snow, well as you can see so far we have had somewhere in the region of 50cm or so since 0900 this yesterday morning.

Its currently 0135 here and its still snowing -12*c with the wind chill and we have 60kph winds blowing this stuff, i have shoveled my door twice so i can at least get out. but it builds up very fast.

The reason shall be found in the outcome of this EU-referendum you had in 2016.

It will get worse as time goes by(that is if you leave EU).

Had you voted "Stay" this UK winter blast wouldn't have happened.
