JSGME Icon is Blank

I have SH4 and recently installed SH4. Then I installed JGSME in SH4 according to instructions. The JSGME icon for SH3 which was installed months ago appears but the JSGME icon for the new installation of SH4 is blank. Am I doing something wrong?
