Freeboard Measurments?
 

I frequently hear my helmsman call out depth 40 when fully submerged. But the depth meter says 60, which it the right periscope depth.


Is he calling out the freeboarding measure from surface or is the game bugged and calling out the wrong numbers?


Just wondering.
