In your guide in your signature, you state the formula for "head on speed calculation" as:
((Mast (in meters) x 10) / time in minutes) x 0.03 = Target speed In this new document in this thread it is: H / C (x 4 if at 6x mag) x 100 / T x 0.0323 - OS I definitely agree that the second one is correct (though 0.0324 is a better value and I would remove the 100 and change to 3.24 instead). The first formula seems incorrect though. |
