Multiple installs

Right now, I have one install using NYGM. I want to do a second install using stock with a few added mods.
What files would I need to change to have the Type VII at Wilhelmshaven in 1939, and not Kiel?

What does a tool for SH5 do here? Nice to see that this guy called Blizkrieg still develops software for SH.
