TMO 1.7 steam issue
 

I recently returned to the game after ages after listing to some audio books on the topic. my issue is not so much installing mods, as the only existing instructions mention something like "dave's mod manager" and the link in the instruction manual are dead. I have no problem just going through and installing mods manually but aside from the mention of the above installer... there is not much to go on.
