No desire to post on Steam
 

Felix West is down with tuberculosis, yet seems fit enough to attempt to turn off the ballast pump. Even though it shows the character laying in bed, I can't turn the pumps off because it says West is turning them off.
Start another game with three ships sunk so far, yet no desire to have the pumps running the remainder of the trip.
Even tried diving. Nothing will turn them off until he gets better, I presume.

evacuate the command room, and the compartment he is located in. once it is fully evacuated, un-evacuate it.

should clear the queue
