does anybody know at SH5 how to activate the flag on the uboot I forgot the button for it

In TWoS there is an optional mod to remove flags on your sub. Deinstall this mod to activate your flags again.

No, not me, how should I explain this? I'm looking for the button on the keyboard where I can turn on and off the flag

SH3 has mods where you press a button and flags pop up. Not in SH5.
