Bstanko6's Periscope sound fix
 

First thanks to VDR who located this annoying sound.

I replaced the horrific up down scope raising sound with a smoother sound found in the sound file. I then replaced the metallic sound you hear when you look through the scope and turn it with a very low smooth machine hum. Hope you like it!
