Took a plunge

Ok I got SH4 on steam yesterday for .40 cents. Can’t go wrong. What megamod would you pacific boys recommend? I’m a long ways away from the Atlantic!

Either FOTRSU or Ralles TMO+RSRDC+OTC.

Last FOTRSU is not finished, but beautiful and lot of action.
Ralles mod is quite perfect, also beautiful and TMO based, so ennemy harder to find.
Pacific is huge :D

welcome to SH4.
i hope you bought the 1.5 Uboat version. the reason that i say that is the fact that the best of the mega-mods are written for the 1.5 version. if you bought the 1.4, you can play fine but not with the megas (and prob the lion's share of the mods in the d/l section).

When you purchase "Silent Hunter: Wolves of the Pacific" on Steam, you are getting version 1.3, which will not update to v1.4. You have to purchase the "Silent Hunter Wolves of the Pacific Uboat Missions" add-on to get v1.5 from them.
