Darken Drawn Lines on the Map?

Used to play SH3 and just got back into the sim with SH5 (steam) and TWoS mega. Loving it so far as I have to relearn all that I've forgotten. Anyway ...

This may just be a graphics setting issue with my GTX 980 video card (latest drivers), but is there an option or mod to "bold up" the lines & distance/angle numbers drawn by the ruler, protractor, etc.?

Yeah, the old eyes aren't what they used to be. Thanks in advance.
