Basics... not as commonly known as one might expect
 
I was checking out some new kitchen gear and came across this Insta Pot. Looks like the combination between a pressure cooker and a crock pot. Pretty cool.

I looked for a video on how they work and I came across this

Now I don't mean to belittle this nice lady or many of the people who commented, but it's pretty basic. you don't have to mark the lid to know counterclockwise loosens and clockwise tightens. Or that you have to use the cooking pot, you can't just throw food in the shell without it.

like I said, I'm only posting this here and not on the YouTube thread because I don't want to look like a jerk and put people down because simple stuff to me is a magic to them, but come on:)

Instapots are handy but I also like my dedicated pressure cooker.

One thing I am looking forward to trying is yogurt making. I have never done that before.
