Journey to space onboard the Soyuz
Dunno how I managed to miss this 5 months ago, but it's very cool to see it from this perspective. :yep:

Bah, all fake!
#earthisflat:stare: :O: Nice touch that Gerst took the mouse with him to space. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Die_Sendung_mit_der_Maus |

Here's another video of them preparing for the launch, Gerst seems to have a lot of footage from his GoPro to show around. (you can see it on top of the thing he carries) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vwFs6VBeaUo |
Great video, sure are crammed in there aren't they, lol

Looks rather snug in there. Does not look all that comfortable, but that space craft is not built for comfort.
Interesting that the commander needs a stick to push the buttons. I wonder if there is a spare stick, just in case. "Uh Station, this is Soyuz. We have a problem. I dropped my stick." I guess the American was supercargo. I thought it was interesting that even through pitch over, the hanging figures still did not change position. That is some steady G force. |

Smooth ride, considering you're strapped to a big arse rocket. :yep: |

When I first watched the video at the 29 sec. mark it looked like three guys pumping hard on their morphine drips. That's what I'd be doing. :D |
