Unable to Click Certain Parts of Base
 

Hi all, I've just finished a patrol and docked at base. However, at the base screen certain options like personal files, transfer, and the section for buying and upgrading U-boats don't get highlighted and can't be clicked. Can anyone help me with this?

You can only dock at your home base that you started from or from a supply ship.
It would appear from your problem that you have entered a friendly port colored blue.

I docked at Wilhelmshaven on June 13, 1940, which was my home base at the time, but after the time skip from docking it's August 17. Could I have been reassigned to France during that time?

Yes. That sounds like the problem. If you are transferred during patrol, your old base will not allow you access to personnel files.
