No Rank or French Base Transfer
 

Ahoy Shipmates, I've come across a strange issue with SH3.

I am using GWX & SH3 Commander, I am currently on Patrol 27 in August of 1941 having started my career at Kiel in Sept 39.

For some reason I no longer have any rank and cannot transfer to a French Base Port, my only options are Kiel or Wilhemshaven for transfer.

I've never come across this before in all the years I've been playing SH3, I regularly save my games and always run it with SH3 Commander.

Any help or advice much appreciated.
