issue with time compression on patrol map (PC)
Thx for creating such a sweet game! it reminds me of my old days with silent service
After my first hours of gameplay, i think there could be something wrong with the time compression on the patrol map. the compression stops when any contact is in sight, but when zooming in, the contacts are about 10 miles BEHIND me. so i am supposed to have just sailed past them while time was still compressed. in order to engage those contacts, i have to turn around for somewhat 180 degrees at first and then try getting close. No chance to do this being submerged, because these ships are already heading away from me. For this reason, i would have expected the ships being to the front of me when my crew spotted them, not to the rear. I would not complain, if this happens just sometimes. but so far, it occurred with every contact I encountered. therefore I believe it has to be fixed. :ping: |
Welcome aboard!

New Update: Vers. 1.2.2.107
All known issues were fixed. |
got question; is this game moddable too; reason i ask is ia ama fan of the das boot sound mod for sh2 which i think is still here on subsim. would be nice if those sounds could be incorporated to give it realsim. Just a thought.
