Woman confronts SF 8-year-old, and her mother’s video goes viral

The young girl, who also was not identified, was on the sidewalk Friday with a cooler, calling out, “cold water, two dollars!”

Good initiative of the girl, but since the police were summoned, if it's 'true' is ridiculous for such a thing. |
