Rest windows - cold waters gone

I had a BSOD and had to reset windows and of course I lost Cold Waters in the process. I thought there was a way you could re-down load a game after once buying it. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Download/Install Steam or use the Good Old Games version.
Log in to Steam/GoG.
Select Library
Download
Play.
